Blue Mountain Station is a long-term business development project for the Port of Columbia. Infrastructure on the first 8 acres of the 20-acre business park has been installed, and the first two buildings have been constructed. The Master Plan above shows existing improvements as well as future building sites, roadways, and buffer areas.

Building sites of almost any shape and size are available throughout the park! There are lots for sale or lease, and build-to-suit options are negotiable.
