STEP #1

Review the Prospectus carefully. Contact Jennie Dickinson, Manager, Port of Columbia (phone: 509-382-2577, email: jennie@portofcolumbia.org) or your Blue Mountain Station representative to answer any questions you might have regarding the Blue Mountain Station opportunity.

STEP #2

Once you are satisfied that Blue Mountain Station is an attractive business opportunity, contact Jennie Dickinson or your Blue Mountain Station representative to schedule a Day in Dayton visit. A Day in Dayton will consist of a visit to the Blue Mountain Station property, tour of the community, meeting with Jennie Dickinson and your Blue Mountain Station representative and lunch hosted by the Port of Columbia.

STEP #3

If you agree that Blue Mountain Station is an excellent business opportunity, complete a POTENTIAL PARTNER APPLICATION (found in the Blue Mountain Station Opportunity Packet received during your Day in Dayton visit) and submit via U.S. Mail, fax or email to:

The terms of each option will vary with building size, location, amenities and financing costs at the time of the transaction. We will consider all viable options to the benefit of the tenant and the success of Blue Mountain Station.

STEP #5

A building agreement is reached with the Port of Columbia, including the exact location, design and financing.

STEP #6

Construction of your building at Blue Mountain Station is complete and your occupancy begins.

STEP #7

Your company and products are incorporated into the Blue Mountain Station marketing program.
