About Foodstock

Foodstock 2023 will be held at Blue Mountain Station in Dayton on Saturday, July 15, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This year’s event features a variety of internationally influenced foods (including Mexican, Italian, American, Asian, etc). There will also be live music and activities, such as stringing beads, making tie-dye shirts, and playing yard games. While you’re here, don’t miss browsing the wares of area artists and crafters.

Admission to the family-friendly event is free.

The first Foodstock in Dayton was held in August of 2015 on the anniversary date of Woodstock. The idea originated with Regina Weldert, who owns Rey’s Roast. Since 2015, the annual date has moved to the third Saturday of July to coincide with Dayton’s Alumni Weekend.

‘It was such a blast!’

“Last year the kids and I drove over to Dayton to check out Foodstock. I’d never been to one before. It was such a blast! Relaxing and fun at the same time. The food was yummy, and the kids loved the water slide. I liked the live music.”
